Contact data of a corporation is usually spread over hundreds of local Outlook databases, each contact being maintained (or not) by the individual employee. The result: one contact may exist hundred times over in nearly as many variations. Which one is the current one?
Our solution consolidates all local Outlook databases into one central database and allows staff to subscribe to the contacts that are relevant to them.
Changes and updates can be posted by all subscribers, but must be confirmed by the so called owner of the contact.

Having all contacts located centrally in one database opens up new perspectives to using the contact data for marketing campaigns or customer relations driven activities and events.
Similarly, a central contact database enables companies to enrich existing contact data with additional data concerning the contact. This enrichment can range from adding a cell phone number to including company information such as annual sales volume, number of employees or branches within which the company operates.
